I am 24 years old and graduated from college in 2006 as an Economics major with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree. After graduation I moved to Chicago for my first job as an investment banking analyst, where I began developing my financial acumen and learning about living in the real world.
After two years working very long hours and putting in my time, in 2008 I accepted an offer with a private equity firm, where I am currently an Associate.
This is a journal of my progress towards financial freedom and my ultimate goal of retiring young and being able to do what I want, when I want, however I want.
